How do I move or cancel my appointment?

From Bookings, or the link in your message.

   Open your appointmentThe link in your message, or the “Bookings” tab.

   To cancel“Cancel my appointment”, then confirm. The conditions show before you confirm.

   To change the time“Ask for another slot”: the salon replies with a new time.
